Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include a proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including print-on-demand products)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Any item that has been used, washed, or altered


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumintreasure@gmail.com, including photos of the issue, so we can evaluate and provide a solution (replacement or refund, if applicable).


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested outside the 15-day return window


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement, please contact us at lumintreasure@gmail.com for further instructions.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, as permitted by EU regulations.
