Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
This processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Please note:

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • The responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers or postal services

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the shipping provider.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumintreasure@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a resolution in accordance with our policies.
